📷 How do I connect the Windows Desktop App?
Download either pixlsaver.exe (for screenshots) or pixlsaver-video.exe (for clips) from the home page.
Then navigate to your Profile page, click Download config.toml, and place the config.toml file in the same directory as the app executables.
🔑 Where do I find or reset my API Key?
Your API key is available in your Account Profile under the API Key card. You can copy it directly or click Regenerate Key if you ever need a fresh key.
🔒 How does Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) work?
Pixlsaver supports industry-standard TOTP authentication (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password, etc.). You can also choose to Remember This Device for 30 Days so you don't have to enter your 6-digit code on every login on your trusted PC.
✨ How does AI Background Removal & Annotation work?
In your Gallery, select any uploaded photo and click Modify Photo. Our built-in AI will automatically isolate the subject and replace the background with dark grey. You can touch up edges with the brush, and annotate with arrows, rectangles, and circles!
